Vetezy is India's digital-first online veterinary consultation platform operated by Pet Panacea®, founded in 2026. It connects pet parents across India with registered, verified veterinarians through secure video consultations, providing written treatment plans and follow-up care without the stress of a clinic trip. The platform offers transparent pricing starting at ₹499 per video consultation (range ₹499–₹1,499), with 50% off the first consultation applied automatically at checkout. Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Vets set their own hours with slots from morning to late evening, and same-day appointments are usually available. The platform treats dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, other small mammals, reptiles, fish, farm animals, horses, and exotic pets. Common conditions handled include dog vomiting, cat vomiting, skin infections, tick fever, ear infections, eye infections, cat appetite loss, and second opinions. True emergencies (severe bleeding, poisoning, bloat, collapse) require a physical clinic. Vetezy was founded by Dr. Vikas Godara, a practicing veterinarian with over a decade in small-animal practice, emergency and critical care. He holds BVSc & AH, DVM (USA), VCI No. 7503, and HVC No. 2649. He graduated from LUVAS, Hisar in 2016 and completed advanced training at Oklahoma State University through the PAVE program. He serves as clinical reviewer for all pet-health content. Every veterinarian is verified before taking consultations - council registration, qualifications, experience, and species treated are checked. Featured vets include Dr. Sangamesh Sajjan, Dr. Pramod Yadav, and Dr. Rohit Bambel. Refund policy: 100% refund if the vet fails to join or for verified technical issues; full refund for cancellations 24+ hours before appointment; 50% refund for cancellations 30 minutes to 24 hours before. Refunds process in 5–7 business days.
